Booking & Payments: All bookings are subject to availability. Advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check-in to receive a refund. No-shows are non-refundable.

Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain peace and respect other guests. Any misconduct may result in cancellation without refund.
